SRS advises EGEO on the acquisition of Under Pressure

SRS Advogados advised EGEO on its acquisition of Under Pressure – Technologies Lda, a company specialising in industrial cleaning using high pressure and chemical technologies.
This investment comes “at a time when EGEO is betting on a new path of technological development, with various strategic investments underway,” the firm said in a statement.
The advisory work included a due diligence phase followed by the negotiation and signing of a contract for the purchase and sale of shares. The team, made up of several professionals from different areas of law, was led by Maria Paula Milheirão, a partner from the Corporate M&A department, supported by Clara Andrade Coelho, a lawyer from the same department.
“The merger of these companies’ businesses broadens the portfolio of skills, products and services offered to EGEO’s clients,” SRS explained.
