Abreu Advogados advised on the sale of Aquatécnica

Abreu Advogados advised a group of private partners on the sale of Aquatécnica-Sociedade de Construções, Lda, a Portuguese company engaged in the preparation and financing of real estate projects, to be built by third parties, including projects for tourism purposes.
Abreu Advogados’ multidisciplinary team involved in this transaction was headed by Manuel Santos Vítor, partner and co-head of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A practice area, and by Cláudia Santos Malaquias, head of the same practice area. The team also included Sara Ferraz Mendonça, senior associate in the Real Estate practice area, and Francisco Mendes Amaral, associate in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A practice area.
Aquatécnica is the owner, among others, of the Hotel Estoril Eden, a venue much frequented by golfers from all over the world, as a result of its preferential association with all the Golf courses in the Lisbon region.
