The Saúde Viável Group has announced a new corporate identity, branded Insparya, and the entrance of Cristiano Ronaldo into the company's capital.

The Saúde Viável Group, dedicated to diagnosis, treatment and research in health and hair transplantation, announced this Tuesday a new corporate identity, branded Insparya, and the entrance of Cristiano Ronaldo into the company’s capital.

The Portuguese units in Lisbon, Porto and Vilamoura will thus adopt the name of the Madrid clinic, which opened in March 2019, as a result of the partnership formed between the group and Cristiano Ronaldo, owned 50% by each of the parties.

“The unification of the corporate identity results from the convergence of several factors, with emphasis on the reinforcement of Cristiano Ronaldo’s business commitment to the growth of the group – materialised through the entry in its capital – and responds to the need to build a strong international brand with clients, with a name that is more easily recognisable and that is associated with clinical services of unquestionable quality,” it said in a statement.

In 2019, after the partnership with Ronaldo for the Madrid clinic, the group made its first major change in its shareholder structure, with the Luso-British Vallis/Hermes consortium of funds now holding 50% of the stake in Portugal, with the other half remaining in the hands of the founder and current CEO, Paulo Ramos.

The second structural change in the shareholder composition is now taking place, with Cristiano Ronaldo joining the group’s capital.

“This shareholder restructuring ensures more solid conditions to realise the ambition of positioning the Insparya brand as a world leader in the sector,” the group announced.
