Altice, which owns Meo in Portugal, has announced it renewed the contract with international football star, Cristiano Ronaldo, and that it will now sponsor the Brazilian player Neymar as well.

Altice is reinforcing its team. The company has just renewed its contract with Cristiano Ronaldo, the international Portuguese football player who is now in Italy, and it will also sponsor a new star of the international football scene: Neymar, from Brazil. Now, Neymar will represent Altice, together with SFR and RMC.

According to news agency Reuters, which quoted Altice’s tweet, the company led by Patrick Drahi is going to extend its connection with Ronaldo, which started in 2015, and there are still no details about the contract’s renewal.

The sponsorship agreement with the Brazilian professional who plays as a forward for the French team Paris Saint-Germain includes all the brands of Altice’s group and all the areas where it is active — the same which had been agreed with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Two of the best world players are now together for the first time, representing Altice’s brands. “Neymar and Ronaldo are the embodiment of fiber’s highs-speed and of the beauty of sport”, Altice announced.

Altice has also bought Oi’s operations in Portugal, and it is present in our country, in France and in Israel, but also in Belgium, Switzerland, the USA and the Dominican Republic.
