Portugal and Angola are preparing PM’s visit to Luanda
After welcoming the Portuguese Defense minister, João Lourenço is now meeting António Costa. Those in charge of the Portuguese and Angolan diplomacy are preparing the meeting.
The Portuguese and Angolan heads of diplomacy are preparing the Portuguese PM’s visit to Luanda. “It is a priority”, according to the Portuguese Foreign Affairs minister.
“I was happy to have spoken to the Angolan Foreign Affairs minister, Manuel Augusto, to prepare our teams for our prime minister’s visit to Luanda“, states Augusto Santos Silva, the Portuguese Foreign Affairs minister, in the Portuguese Parliament.
The Angolan President, João Lourenço, welcomed the Portuguese Defense minister, José Azeredo Lopes, in an official visit to Luanda this Monday. Now, “contacts have been made between embassies so that we can fulfill that goal, which is a complete priority”, Augusto Santos Silva added.
