Altri holds 19% of GreenVolt after handing over shares to its shareholders

Altri handed over 39.64% of its stake in GreenVolt to its shareholders, and now holds 19.08% of the renewable energy company.

Altri handed over 39.64% of its stake in GreenVolt to its shareholders, now holding 19.08% of the renewable energy company. Altri’s shareholders received GreenVolt shares as dividends.

According to information disclosed this Monday to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), Altri held 58.72% of Altri, and handed over 39% of its stake to the company’s shareholders, becoming the holder of 19.08% of Altri, for a total of 23,154,784 shares.

With this operation, five shareholders – all directors of GreenVolt – also announced this Monday the reinforcement of their stakes in the renewable energy company. Among them is Paulo Fernandes, who through Actium, now holds 11,678,050 shares, which gives him a position of 8.31% in GreenVolt.

Caderno Azul now holds 9,677,544 shares, which gives it a 7.97% stake, while Promendo Investimentos S.A. now owns 11,678,050 shares, which confers it 9.62% of the share capital and voting rights of the renewable energy company.

At the same time, 1 Thing Investiments, S.A. now holds 6,221,231 shares, resulting in a 5.13% stake and Livrefluxo increases from the current 5.63% to a 7.99% stake in GreenVolt’s share capital, holding 6,221,231 shares.
