Altri to pay dividend of €0.25 per share from May 25

Altri announced that it will pay the gross cash dividend of €0.25 per share from May 25, distributing a total of €51.2 million, the company said in a statement published in the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).

At the same time, Altri also approved the payment of dividends in kind with Greenvolt securities. The company had already announced, at the beginning of April, that it intended to give 25 shares of the renewables company for every 100 Altri shares.

In the 2021 fiscal year, the company quintupled profits, earning €123.7 million, after achieving record production and sales, which helped offset rising costs due to inflation.
