Haitong issues €230 million three-year senior notes

Former BESI issued €230 million in senior notes to qualified investors. The notes have a variable rate and mature in three years.

Haitong Bank issued €230 million in senior notes, at a variable rate, with a maturity of 3 years. The debt is guaranteed by Haitong Securities, the bank said in a statement sent to CMVM.

According to a statement to the market, the notes were placed “with qualified investors” and will be admitted to “trading in the regulated markets of Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Euronext Lisbon”.

“This issue will have a BBB rating attributed by S&P,” Haitong concluded in the statement.
