New TAP Executive Committee appointed until 2024

TAP shareholders elected the governing bodies at a general meeting last Thursday for the four years 2021-2024.

Portuguese flag-carrier TAP announced on Monday its Board of Directors appointed a new Executive Committee for the four-year term 2021-2024, chaired by Christine Ourmières-Widener and four members.

TAP shareholders elected the governing bodies at a general meeting last Thursday for the four years 2021-2024, with the new board of directors led by Manuel Beja, who replaced Miguel Frasquilho as chairman of the airline’s board of directors.

Christine Ourmières-Widener (CEO), Ramiro Sequeira, Alexandra Reis, João Gameiro, José Manuel Silva Rodrigues, Silvia Mosquera González, Patrício Ramos Castro, Ana Teresa Lehmann, Gonçalo Monteiro Pires and João Pedro da Conceição Duarte also joined this body.

António Macedo Vitorino (Chairman) and David Fernandes de Oliveira Festas (Vice-Chairman) were elected to the Board of the Shareholders’ Meeting, while Pedro Miguel Nascimento Ventura, Tiago Aires Mateus and Luís Manuel Delicado Cabaço Martins were approved as members of the Remuneration Committee.

Baker Tilly, PG & Associados, SROC, S.A. was elected chair of the Supervisory Board and Sérgio Sambade Nunes Rodrigues, Maria de Fátima Damásio Geada and José Manuel Fusco Gato (alternate member) were elected as members of the same body.
