Israeli property group Youropa opens Porto office
Youropa is opening a new office in Porto as it expands in northern Portugal, with five own developments under construction or delivery worth €80 million in sales.
Israeli real estate group Youropa will open a new office in Porto on Friday, stepping up its push in northern Portugal as it builds out a pipeline that includes five own developments under construction or in delivery with total sales worth €80 million.
The new office is on Avenida da Boavista, in Porto, and the company said it marks a new phase in its growth in Portugal. Alongside the five own projects, Youropa said it has seven developments currently being marketed and more than 100 units available for resale and rental.
According to the company, it is involved in development and sales operations across different stages of the property cycle, from its own projects to the commercial management of residential schemes. “The opening of this office represents more than a new address. It is the consolidation of our long-term vision for the Portuguese market”, chief executive and founder Amir Talmi said in a statement.
Youropa also said it has already completed and delivered six projects in 2026 — including its own and those of other developers — for a total of more than 150 units. By the end of the year, it expects to deliver another eight projects, taking the total above 280 units in 2026, and to secure more than €30 million in financing.
