Via Verde to invest €30 million over the next four years

Via Verde plans to invest €30 million by 2025. The plan is to launch new products and services next year and invest in internationalisation.

Via Verde, owned by Brisa, will invest €30 million until 2025, according to Jornal de Negócios. The investment aims to launch new products and services next year and focus on internationalisation.

In an interview with the Portuguese newspaper, António Pires de Lima, CEO of Brisa, and Eduardo Ramos, the group’s administrator, explained that this investment will focus on “technology, marketing and people”, allowing “resources to be allocated to strategic investments”.

In addition, the group also plans to “start taking steps to internationalise the Via Verde concept” within “two to three years”, Ramos said. According to the administrator, Europe is “the natural step” and the offer will have tolls “as the main driving force”.
