Navigator will increase the price of paper by between 8-10% in North America starting from July 1.

The Navigator Company has announced it will increase paper prices by between 8-10% in North America starting from July 1, due to rising global pulp and logistics costs.

“This decision has been taken due to unsustainable low levels of profitability across the industry and following recent announcements of global increases in pulp and logistics costs,” the company explains in a statement.

This measure includes the Navigator Premium Inkjet and Soporset Premium Opaque Offset Printing Papers, Navigator Copier, and Express Offset and Bond rolls. The company has also increased the price of all sizes of cut-size, text and folio cover, and digital papers.

Navigator sells its products to 130 countries on five continents through the Navigator, Pioneer, Inacopia, Discovery, Soporset, Target and Inaset paper brands.
