There are 192 new cases of coronavirus in Portugal, bringing the total number of people infected with the disease to 34,885. The Lisbon region continues to have the highest number of new infections. So far, 1,485 people have died.
The total number of infected, most are undergoing treatment at home, with only 366 being hospitalized, 55 of them in intensive care. There are 1,603 people awaiting laboratory results and over 28,000 under surveillance by health authorities.
Since it appeared in Portugal at the beginning of March, the coronavirus has caused the death of 1,485 people, six of them in the last 24 hours. As for the number recovered, this is at 21,156.
