Karl Lagerfeld Residences launches sales in 10 markets
Sales have opened for Lisbon’s first branded residences project, targeting buyers in 10 countries as construction is due to start later this year.
Real estate developer Overseas has officially launched sales of the ten apartments at Karl Lagerfeld Residences, the first ultra-luxury branded residences project in Lisbon.
The project is being marketed in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Ireland, the US, Brazil, Dubai and China. It was officially presented on Tuesday at Lisbon’s Electricity Museum. The building has 10 apartments and is scheduled for completion in 2028. Pedro Vicente, CEO of Overseas, said a key milestone for the project would be selling half of the units by the end of this year.
Vicente described the development as an “ultra-luxury” niche project. He also said it would be the “first project in the European Union” designed to become “zero emissions” in the future, adding that glass from the buildings currently on the site will be recycled for the new development.
According to the developers, the scheme will include luxury services and amenities such as a spa, a saltwater floating pool and a sensory Vivaldi system. Prices will not be made public. Hugo Santos Ferreira, CEO of Corcoran in Portugal, said prospective buyers will have to go through a qualification process, including non-disclosure agreements and proof of funds, before gaining access to pricing and project details.
