Blackrock ups stake in EDP Renovaveis (EDPR) to over 3%
In today's stock market session, EDPR shares fell 0.59% to €20.29.
The investment fund Blackrock has strengthened its position in the capital of EDP renováveis (EDPR) to more than 3%, the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) was informed on Wednesday.
“Blackrock Inc. notified EDPR that […] as a result of transactions executed on 1 March 2023, it exceeded the minimum threshold of 3% for qualified shareholding positions,” reads the statement sent to the market.
Blackrock thus ended up with 30,033,503 voting rights in the renewable energy company, corresponding to 3.127% of the total.
In today’s stock market session, EDPR shares fell 0.59% to €20.29.
