Portal promoting investment between China-Portuguese-language markets launched

The portal aims to attract international and Chinese companies, using Macau as a platform for cooperation between China and Portuguese-language countries.

The Macau Institute for Trade and Investment Promotion (IPIM) announced the launch of a portal to promote investment between China and Portuguese-language markets, the authorities announced Tuesday.

The “Invest Here” website provides information about investment in the main cities of the Portuguese language countries for Macau, Hong Kong and nine cities of Guangdong province, which make up Beijing’s project to create a global mega-metropolis, known as the Greater Bay.

The website is available in Chinese, Portuguese and English versions, and it is also possible to listen to content in Cantonese, Mandarin, Portuguese and English, said the Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and the Portuguese-language Countries.

According to IPIM, the portal aims to attract international and Chinese companies, using Macau as a platform for cooperation between China and Portuguese-language countries.
