Bidirco Engineering Systems, Imaginary Cloud, Immunethep, IMP Diagnostics, Nonius Hospitality Technology will undergo an intensive course aimed at helping these companies enter the stock exchange.

Six Portuguese companies will be participating in TechShare Portugal’s 7th edition, a Euronext initiative that aims to help companies and startups get on the stock exchange through an “intensive course” that starts this Tuesday at the Porto Technology Centre.

“Bidirco Engineering Systems, Imaginary Cloud, Immunethep, IMP Diagnostics, Nonius Hospitality Technology, and another company that prefers to remain anonymous, were the companies selected from among 26 valid applications, to, for six months, strengthen their knowledge about financing through the capital market,” says the statement released by Euronext.

Over the next few months, the managers of these technology companies will go through scheduled individual and group sessions “with Euronext and its expert partners, to discuss topics related to key areas for preparing a market listing”.

For this edition, Euronext counts with CaixaBank/BPI (bank), CV&A (communication), Morais Leitão (legal) and PwC (consulting) as partners in this course.

Topics such as the process of company valuation, financial communication, investor relations, the legal perspective and corporate governance, among others, will be addressed.
