Greenvolt strikes deal to enter Perfecta Energía’s capital
Altri's renewables company will take part in Perfecta Energía's capital increase and intends to hold a 29.23% stake.
Greenvolt will proceed to purchase a stake in the Spanish company Perfecta Energía, after recently closing another deal to buy the biomass power station in Tilbury, UK.
Altri’s renewable energy company announced this Friday it had signed an agreement with Tresa Energia “under the terms of which Greenvolt envisages subscribing to a capital increase following which it may come to hold 29.23% of Perfecta Energía’s share capital, with effective participation in the company’s management.”
Created in 2019 and based in Madrid, Perfecta Energía operates in the commercialisation, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic panel systems for self-consumption in Spain’s domestic segment.
“The photovoltaic energy production sector in Spain is considered being one of the sectors with the greatest potential in Europe, both because of the natural conditions that the country has. Greenvolt believes that there is great medium-term growth potential for a company such as Perfecta Energía, both in terms of turnover and the profitability generated,” explains the company in a statement.
