Construction group Teixeira Duarte shareholder IDS Value now has 2.6%

The construction group Teixeira Duarte announced that IDS SGP has transferred its qualified stake in the company to IDS Value, Lda, which now holds 10,999,820 shares.

Portugal-based construction group Teixeira Duarte announced on Wednesday that one of its main shareholders, IDS SGPS, has transferred its qualified stake in the company to IDS Value, Lda, which now holds a total of 10,999,820 shares.

The market-relevant fact was communicated via the country’s securities market regulator, the CMVM.

The stake held by IDS Value Lda after the transfer represent 2.6190% of the total share capital of Teixeira Duarte, S.A. and the same percentage of voting rights.

“IDS Value Lda’s holding thus exceeds 2% as from 30 December 2020,” the information states, referring to the threshold for a qualified stake, about which information must be released to the market.

Teixeira Duarte’s share capital currently amounts to 210 million euros, in the form of 420 million shares with a nominal value of 0.50 euros each. The company does not hold any of its own shares.
