Number of Covid-19 cases increases 0.7%. Death toll at 1,342

The number of people infected with coronavirus is currently at 31,007, having increased 0.7% compared to this Monday.

Of the total number of infected, most are undergoing treatment at home, with only 513 being admitted, of which 71 in intensive care units. There are 1,815 people awaiting laboratory results and over 26,000 under surveillance by health authorities.

Since it appeared in Portugal at the beginning of March, the coronavirus has caused the death of 1,342 people, 12 of them in the last 24 hours. So far there have been 18,096.
