There are 13,956 infected with Covid-19 in Portugal. Death toll at 409
The number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Portugal rises to 13,956.
Portugal on Thursday has a total of 409 deaths associated with Covid-19, 29 more than on Wednesday, and 13,956 people have been infected (815 more), according to the epidemiological bulletin released by the General Directorate for Health (DGS).
The percentage increase in the number of Covid-19 cases rose slightly compared to the previous 24 hours, but has remained below two digits for eight days. The number of recovered cases has risen to 205.
Of the total number of cases, 12,169 people (87.2%) are recovering at home, while another 1,173 are hospitalized, 241 of them in intensive care.
