EDP chairman buys 127,300 company shares
According to a statement sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), Miguel Stilwell bought a total of 28,096 company shares for €4.53 each.
The CEO of power utility EDP, Miguel Stilwell, acquired about 28,000 shares of the company, worth €127,300, the market was informed this Monday.
The transaction was disclosed in a statement to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
According to available information, Miguel Stilwell bought a total of 28,096 company shares for €4.53 each.
After the operation, which totalled €127,275, he now holds a total of 180,000 shares of the energy company he leads.
EDP shares were trading today on Euronext Lisbon at 10.30 am, down 0.11% at €4.55.
