Benfica SAD scoring points in Lisbon Stock Exchange. This Tuesday, it has registered gains of 5%, cheered up by the possibility of João Félix’s transfer to Atletico de Madrid for 120M€.

After an increase of more than 2% in the first session of the week, the tendency for gains remains unchanged. Benfica SAD’s shares remain 5.39% at 3.13 euros, a performance that stands out from the other listed companies – the majority of them currently negotiating on the negative ground.

Positive performance is also followed by a high volume of transacted shares. According to Reuters, more than 22,600 shares transacted have generated net revenue of almost 70,000 euros.  The daily average for the last six months has been 20,000 euros.

The price of João Félix’s transference will be the most valuable of all times in the Portuguese football league, and the fifth most valuable ever in the football world, surpassing that of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid to Juventus.

According to TVI, from the 120M€, 106.8M€ will go to Benfica, 12M€ to Jorge Mendes, his career manager, and 1.2M€ to Porto, the club that has trained him for seven years.
