Startup Lisboa has just opened the bid submission process for a public tender on the coliving project at Beato’s Creative Hub. Interested parties should communicate their willingness to participate until the 30th of June and should submit their propositions until the 8th of September.

The project will be dealing with the requalification of the so-called “Edifício do Relógio/Antigo Convento” (Clock’s building/ Former Convent), which is now located in what used to be a military complex, covering an area of 4,000 square meters. For all of those looking to invest in Lisbon in areas not related to tourism, this is a great opportunity. The project is exclusively designed for short and medium-term shared housing, with the possibility of serving as a hub for the entrepreneur community.

The promoter will be responsible for requalifying and managing the surrounding space and the contract will be valid for a 20-year period. When the 20 years come to an end, a five-year extension can be granted, until a maximum of 30 years is reached.
